FT Workforce are a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment and Labour Hire business with head-quarters in Perth and offices in Brisbane & Sydney, specialising in Construction, Mining, Civils, Rail and Trades recruitment.
What we need
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Temp to start in mid-March with one of our clients South of the River. There is a total of 10 weeks employment (working full time equivalent hours), including handover at the start and end of the period. As a HR temp you will provide general support to existing HR policies and procedures, provide HR correspondence to stakeholders and assist with the administration of recruitment, HR and payroll reports. Previous experience performing HR functions and general administration duties are essential.
- Qualifications in Human Resources is preferred
- Demonstrated experience within a similar HR administration role
- Civil construction experience is desired but not essential
- Highly organised, excellent communication skills and desire to show initiative
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
- Available to start in mid-March for a 10 week period
