What we are looking for:

We are seeking a senior recruitment consultant for an immediate start, based in our Sydney Office. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and be comfortable with sourcing and establishing new leads and filling their clients' roles. Role duties and Responsibilities: * Recruitment of candidates across blue/ white collar roles - Construction, Civil and various other related industries. * Manage job allocation and mobilisation of site staff. * Source and develop new business for FT Workforce. * Sustain and develop existing client relationships. * Maintain candidate talent pool. * Increase business volume and staff numbers through business development * Ensure WHS compliance across client sites for FT Workforce site staff. Relationships: * Work closely with Management to achieve desired results for clients. * Forge close working relationships with site staff and project managers across various states. * Foster and support close working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business (e.g. payroll, accounts, WHS) Requirements: * Previous experience in agency recruitment / labour hire in the Construction, Civil and/or Manufacturing industries. (Desirable) * Operating knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM`s software (Essential) * Current working knowledge of industry awards and EBA`s (Desirable) Desirable attributes * Have run your own successful desk * A strong passion for sales * High energy levels and enthusiasm * A genuine commitment to achieve sales targets * The tenacity to ensure sustainable growth of the company * The personality to engage key customers and ensure ongoing work This full time role which offers an excellent anual sallory package between 60 - 80 k depending on experience, plus superannuation. What you need:To be considered for these roles you must obtain/have the following

  • Proven success in sales and recruitment for the Trades and Maintenance industries
  • The ability to work independently while following Management's policies and procedures
  • Self-motivated, high energy levels and enthusiasm
  • At least 2 years Recruitment experience
  • A desire to build and manage their own team
  • Knowledge of Fasttrack 360 is beneficial
  • A good knowledge of current awards and penalties
  • The ability to bring new ideas to the company to boost its presence in the market
  • Some knowledge of WHS is advantageous.
